I'm back! Trekking with dad's group in past two weeks. Haha! This super late post, but I want to show how far my progress so far after more than a month break from trekking. This is just like a warm up exercise after break for Ramadhan. In past two weeks we only explore around my neighborhood. Becuase, first time come back, the bus not enough to take everyone in, then the second week, there's an event in company (I will explain later) so, yes! only explore around our neighborhood.

The first route, starts from Jl, Bunyu and finish at Helipad. We walk this route before, but this time we only get into the jungle for about 15 minutes. The total distance is about 4.545 km with 70 minutes walking duration. My hips feel like want to fall down after walking, lol! We start at the front row and finish as the last, lol! It's because we take longer route, while the other take the shorter one.

I didnt take much picture that day, only have this two pictures from the meeting point. You can see the refinery plant back there.

The second weekend, the trekking route is almost the same like the previous week, but this time is reverse and we didn't get into the jungle. Starts from Kantor Besar Pertamina and finish at the same place. This day some of the people from our group will compete with other group for Lomba Gerak Jalan to celebarate our independence day. This is our route that day, only 4.06 km with 60 minutes walking duration.

Start with cloudy weather, I saw beautiful rainbow! And finish with super shiny sun!

We didn't get a chance to see our group reach the finish line, because their route shorter than us. But we saw the last two groups, the Red group (I don't remember which department they came from) and the last is the white group, from the Pertamina Hospital.
There are other games there too, like futsal with sarung ;), mini golf and of course the phenomenal game to celebrate independence day, lomba makan kerupuk! Haha! See those ladies standing under the pole? Hehe,, too bad im to lazy to take close up picture ;p

And there's also blood donation too!

And this is my dad with his group. Yes! No one around my age in that group ;p Haha! Mostly walking with grandpas.

So, it was beautiful fun day! We didn't stay there until closing time, because dad have other appointment. But our group got 2nd place in lomba gerak jalan!! Yay!! Go Cross Country!!! See ya this weekend!!

After years of break from crocheting, this is my "first" attempt to make lace crochet. I was strolling on pinterest and saw cute crown brooch and deciding to make one. I found this cute Royal Baby Crown pattern from Sarah london blog.

So here's the pattern!

So, this is my result. It might look different, actually it looks different (mine look ugly, haha!). I don't know why, maybe because of different yarn, or it just me didn't do it really well. But overall it's ok-lah. I decide to attach it on bobby pin and it looks good on my hair ^_^ You can also use it as brooch too!

So waht do you think?

After finishing the pony amigurumi, like I said before on my last crochet post here, I will make another amigurumi. This is the first complicated amigurumi I ever made, and I already made a deadline to finish it (before Ramadhan ends).
Like I said before, I want to make dragon amigurumi. After searching for some free pattern, finally I fell in love with this cute Toothless amigurumi by Sarselgurumi. At first, it seems complicated (it is complicated!), because I have to make lots of part of the amigurumi and find out some stitch I never done before. It took some time to make all part, but it WORTH it! I even have to do the tail and wings couple times (the wings pattern is the most complicated one, because I never do foundation stitch before).

Here's some progress pictures since I start it last month. Start with the head and body and continue with the feet and tail. If you confused reading the pattern from the Sarselgurumi, you can check this link here for pictures tutorial based on Sarselgurumi pattern. The feet look cute with those fingers :)
This is what happened when I keep distracted while crocheting XD. The ears didn't have the same length, so I have to start over again. I made mistake in row  9-14. Hehe!
So this is the progress so far minus mini horns, wings and tailfins
Here's how it look with the horns. I haven't attach the head to the body, because I think it will be more easier to attach the upper parts to head and the lower parts to the body before attaching head and body.

Last but not least, I finally finish the hardest part! Yes! The wings! And I directly attach it to body right after I done it. See how nice the wings are :)
And here's is the final result! Everything already attach to it places :) Except the eyes XD. I want to use safety eyes, but so far can't find it here. Maybe I should order online.

Ow, one more thing, I did change the way to attach the back feet. Because I want my Toothless be able to stand. So I attach it just like the way I attach the front feet. This how it look when standing :))

So, you must be wonder why I choose that blue yarn instead black or dark blue yarn. Because I only have that yarn at the moment, and I can't wait to buy new yarn! Hehe ;p I can't wait to put the safety eyes and see the final result!!

Finally! I'm back! After couple weeks drowning in sadness, because a burglar break into my house and took my laptops and camera. Yes! It's true, two days before Eid Fitr, a burglar break into our house. It was shocking day because he break in around 10 am, right after we left the house. He only took 30 minutes to break in and took some stuff. The burglar must be "lucky", that's what in my mind at that time. Why I said he's "lucky", the valuable stuff was on bed and tables.

Apart from that, maybe I did something wrong in the past and now God warned us (especially me). Sincerity. That's the lesson I got. Maybe I was too picky to do charity. I admit it. I should be more positive and do more charity. It's all about giving back to each other, to the community.

I know it's a bit late, but here's some picture we took during Eid Fitr. This year is the first Eid Fitr for Baby Z. This is after Eid Fitr pray, at outdoor part of the mosque near our house. It was beautiful sunny day :) While every listen to the Khutbah.
It was nice selfie, until we realize dad become the photobomb on this pic. Look at his expression, lol!
The girls in the family! Yay! And this time, mum is the photobomb, lol!
And this is the full formation of the family ;) - The best selfie, lol!
This is the fun part when it come to Eid Fitr. Meeting our big family, both from mum and dad side. And this year, there's another baby from my uncle from dad side. Here's Baby Z with Baby Revi, my uncle's daugther.
Also this little toddler, Chika, she's really in love with Baby Z, lol! Look at her expression :)

So, this is some part of Happiness from my family. How did you spend your Eid Fitr this year??
I wish you all a very Happy Eid Fitr, may Allah always protect and bless us :) Ameen.
